The True North Colleague Fund was established in April 2020 for the purpose of helping our colleagues during times of crisis when they need additional support. The Fund is sponsored and initially seeded with funds from The Baldwin Group, in addition to a dollar-for-dollar match of colleague contributions up to $250,000. Since the fund’s inception, it has been utilized for colleagues impacted by things such as significant hardship within a family, severe illness, or a natural catastrophe.

At The Baldwin Group, we believe in the power of collective unity — the essence of the "we before me" spirit. It's in this ethos that our colleague fund is rooted. To support colleagues or ex-colleagues facing challenges, you can contribute by donating through our site.

Your contributions will be transformed into grants for those impacted by circumstantial events — employment loss in the family, illness, natural disasters, and more. These grants will be awarded ASAP to individuals fitting the required eligibility criteria.

Our fund is overseen and administered by America's Charities, a 501(c)(3) non-profit with an esteemed 40-year track record of managing charitable funds. This partnership ensures your donations are tax-deductible and all grants given are tax-free, allowing us to maximize our support for colleagues when they need it most.
